Eye cancer is only treated in two centers in Canada: The Cross Cancer Institute in Edmonton, Alberta, and at the Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto, Ontario. The process of treatment can take several visits to specialist clinics, and the treatment program can take between 5 and 7 days. High travel costs can add additional stress to cancer patients and their families.
The Canadian Eye Cancer Foundation provides grants to patients to help defray travel expenses. Please donate today to help patients get the treatment they need without worrying about travel expenses.
